We follow all federal and state transportation requirements set by The Department of Transportation (DOT).
Having a workers’ compensation policy protects our clients from being held liable if any of our drivers hurt themselves while on your charter. If a driver gets injured, they could file a claim against the company/school/person who booked the charter. Our policy is under Movement Chicago.
The BACP does randomly check buses in Chicago while on charter. You can check to see what companies have proper BACP licenses and permits by calling (312) 746-4200.
